Broccoli is high in Sulforaphane. The sulforaphane is even higher and more potent in Broccoli microgreens than sprouts or mature broccoli. Sulforaphane has been shown to reduce the ability of cancerous cells to multiply. That means it may slow tumor growth or reduce its ability to spread to other parts of your body.

Kale microgreens have concentrated levels of vitamins

A, B2, C, K, Calcium, and Manganese
Above average concentrations of vitamins B1, B3, B5, B6, B9, iron, potassium, and magnesium.
Kale also contains many important phytonutrients, including polyphenols, glucosinolates, flavanol compounds, and carotenoid antioxidants.

Kohlrabi microgreens are very nutritious and contain over 100% of the recommended daily value of Vitamin C. It’s also high in Vitamin B6, Folate (B9), Thiamin (B1), potassium, phosphorus, and calcium.
